Stephanie Sanz studied neuroscience and behavior at Columbia University and holds a MS.Ed in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY Hunter College and a certificate in Neurofeedback from New Mind Academy, and is a HeartMath Certified Clinician. She has completed a National Institutes of Health fellowship at SUNY Stonybrook University where she investigated the role of the amyloid beta protein in Alzheimer's disease. 

Stephanie conducts biofeedback, neurofeedback, and psychotherapy sessions at Cognitive Reset Counseling. She is the author of the forth coming book on how to reprogram the anxiety response which is scheduled to be released in 2024.

Stephanie has an eclectic counseling style. She draws upon classical theories and evidenced-based methods, such as CBT and Neuroscience, to inform the counseling process. Her interventions are diverse and range from mindfulness exercises to technology assisted Neurofeedback. She believes that trust is the bedrock of the therapeutic process and works with the patient to establish a safe space to explore their intricate thoughts and behaviors. She honors her patient's uniqueness and understands that everyone walks their own special path. Her hope is that she can play an integral role in helping them along their journey.

Amanda (pronouns she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor working remotely in New York. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a bachelors in Psychology and finished graduate school at Marist College with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has diverse experience working with clients extending from those who have everyday anxiety, general life challenges and worries, to those who have been through trauma, have persistent mental health disorders, and addiction and substance use. Utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as strengths-based approaches when working with clients, she has worked with an age range from adolescence to older adulthood. Additionally, she has met with people one on one as well as ran group sessions with multiple people at once.
