Biopsychosocial Assessments
Our biopsychosocial assessments offer an affordable, insight-driven way to better understand how your brain, body, emotions, and environment interact to impact your mental health and daily functioning.
For $40, you’ll complete a set of secure online assessments followed by a one-on-one review session with a therapist. These assessments are designed to highlight patterns related to stress, mood, focus, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle factors — helping you gain clarity and direction without committing to ongoing therapy right away.
Please note: This service is not covered by insurance and does not replace a full diagnostic evaluation.

Technology-Informed, Whole-Person Insight
Our assessments are powered by New Mind Technologies, the same advanced platform our practice uses with neurofeedback clients. This technology helps identify areas of the brain that may be functioning outside of optimal regulation, offering valuable insight into possible contributors to symptoms such as:

• Anxiety or chronic stress
• Mental fatigue or burnout
• Difficulty concentrating or staying motivated
• Emotional reactivity or overwhelm
• Sleep disruption or nervous system dysregulation
While these assessments do not provide diagnoses, they offer a neuroscience-informed snapshot that can guide next steps in therapy, neurofeedback, or self-regulation practices.
