Brain mapping (EEG or qEEG) is a painless scan that shows how your brain is working in real time. A cap with small sensors is placed on your head to record brainwave activity. It helps identify patterns linked to anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and more—so we can tailor your therapy to what your brain actually needs.
How do brain mapping and neurofeedback work together?
Brain mapping (EEG or qEEG) is the assessment tool—it gives us a snapshot of how your brain is functioning by measuring brainwave patterns. It helps identify areas that may be overactive, underactive, or out of sync.
Neurofeedback is the training process that comes after. Based on what we see in your brain map, we create a personalized plan that uses real-time feedback to help your brain learn to regulate itself more effectively.
