What to Expect When You Start Anxiety Therapy at CRC

The first step is a free 15-minute consultation. This is not a therapy session. It is a conversation where you can ask questions, share what you are dealing with, and get a sense of whether CRC is the right fit. There is no pressure and no commitment.


If we move forward, your first full session is an evaluation. Your clinician will ask about your history, your current symptoms, and your goals. From there we build a treatment plan together.


Most clients begin to notice shifts within the first few sessions. The deeper work takes longer, and that is normal. Anxiety that has been running in the background for years does not resolve in a week.
