electrocardiogram
Did you know that the heart sends more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart?

The heart is an oscillating system that has the capacity to bring other oscillating systems in the body, such as the brain, into a coherent state. When we are in a coherent state, we have greater control of our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. We become more resilient and adaptable when faced with stressors.
